November 27th - Grandmommie and Papa hosted a big family Thanksgiving celebration at their house, just like they do every year. We also traditionally celebrate all the October and November birthdays together and this year we did that on Thanksgiving also. This year we were missing my brother who is in Iraq, and my niece who was at her other Papa's house for Thanksgiving, but we added Lucie - her birthday is December 25th. So, this was the beginning of Lucie's 1st birthday celebration. Lucie requested chocolate cake with chocolate icing for her birthday cake and she liked it a lot. She also had her first ice cream and she also liked that a lot :)

Check out her fingers. She crosses them all the time, and often has fingers on both hands crossed at the same time. It's very funny.
